I often get asked ‘do you eat a lot of chocolate?’
Truth be told, I eat very little.
However when it comes to ‘invention days’ the chocolate tasting is relentless, but I’m not one to complain when it tastes so good! Besides in my eyes, it has to be perfect otherwise it’s a halfhearted effort.
Each day, like any job has its ups and downs, but creating deliciousness that excites and amazes the tastebuds has got to be up there with one of the best right?
‘Enjoy what you do, and you’ll never work a day in your life’ I heard that once, and a truer word has never been spoken.
