1. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We aim to dispatch within 7-10 working days after your order is placed. When in peak times, this can increase to 15 working days due to the handmade to order nature of our products. 
2. My order has been shipped, when will it arrive?
A. Please allow up to 5 days for Royal Mail and 48hrs for UPS to arrive.
3. I’ve made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
A. If it’s been less than 5 working days, you can make changes by messaging our main business page. 
4. Can I change the shipping address?
A. Yes, as long as it’s within 5 working days of placing your order. 
5. Do you have a vegan range? 
A. Yes we do, please visit our website for more details.
6. My box / products are damaged/ broken, can I have a refund? 
A. No, we do not issue refunds for items broken on delivery, but you can contact
your delivery provider to discuss your options.
7. How do I become a representative?
A. You can become a representative by signing up on our website, or message us for more information.
8. Do you ship outside the UK? 
A. We currently only ship to UK and Ireland
9. Can you track my parcel?
A. If it has been longer 5 working days and you have not received your package, please contact us so we can track it for you. 
10. There’s an item missing from my order, what should I do?
