    Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays and we aim to dispatch within 10 working days of receiving your order.

    Please note that during seasonal peaks, especially Christmas (Nov – Dec) and Easter (March - April), it may take longer than 10 working days for your order to be processed.

    - Please keep chocolates in a cool dry place, away from strong odours. We do not advise chocolates to be kept in the fridge.
