All Orders are processed within 7-10 business days due to their handmade to order nature. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders or in a peak period such as Easter/Christmas, shipment days may temporarily be increased, meaning that orders will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days.
